Makuhari-Tune (the "App") is designed to respect your privacy. The App requires no account and does not collect any information that identifies you personally.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects no personal information such as your name, email address, or location. No sign-up or login is required.

To improve the App, we transmit anonymous information only. None of it can identify you personally:

Anonymous usage statistics (TelemetryDeck GmbH): aggregated, anonymized signals such as which screens are reached and whether a purchase was made. No name, contact details, recordings, or advertising identifiers are included, and the data is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.
Crash reports (Functional Software, Inc. — Sentry): when the App crashes, technical information for diagnosis (device model, OS version, and where the crash occurred) is sent. No recordings or personal information are included.

2. Use of the Microphone

With your permission, the App uses the microphone for real-time pitch correction and recording. All audio captured from the microphone is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to our servers or any third party.

3. Recorded Data

Your recordings and beat files are stored only on your device. We never access, view, or transmit this data. You remain in full control of managing and deleting it.

4. Third Parties and Analytics

The App uses no advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking technologies. The anonymous usage statistics and crash reports described in Section 1 are processed by TelemetryDeck GmbH and Functional Software, Inc. on our behalf; beyond that, none of your data is shared with or provided to any third party.

5. Purchases

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled by Apple; we never receive your credit card or payment details.
